María de Lourdes Santana Arcos is a Cuban visual artist, singer, and performer whose interdisciplinary practices encompasses performance, music, installation, and participatory formats. Her work delves into social experience, gender, public space, collective memory, and contemporary cultural narratives through critical and deeply performative experimentation.

With a solid background from the University of Arts (ISA) in Havana and the Benny Moré Academy of Visual Arts in Cienfuegos, María has forged a notable emerging artistic practice in Cuba. Her trajectory includes exhibitions, live performances, and collaboration in film, solidifying her presence in independent cultural initiatives. Since 2024, she actively contributes to artistic programming and cultural production as an Independent Visual Artist and Coordination Assistant at Unpack Havana.
